This was a late lunch stop upon arriving in Monticello. I arrived a bit too early to check in at the Denham so needed to kill some time. I sat at the bar and was greeted quickly by my server who was charming. She recommended a beer on tap (I prefer Florida craft beer) and found a great local lager. I wound up with the smoked fish dip and the Jalapeno jam burger. Portions were large and very fresh. Both were quite good. I recommend this spot and hope to go back before leaving town.

The most Awesome Place in Monticello! The service was fast and phenomenal. Everyone made you feel so welcome! The food was so delicious! I would highly recommend the zucchini, scallops and homemade desserts! The atmosphere was so refreshing! I definitely recommend The Social-Monticello for a relaxing fun evening!

We stopped here on are way honecthe ocean it was very nice. Crowd was friendly suprised it was superb owl no one was barely there. Service could been,more attentive I had to keep asking for stuff napkins so forth. Food was really good but expensive 80 dollars gor three meals .

Fantastic! It’s so great to finally have place a downtown to come get a delicious drink at a reasonable price and good food. I have severe allergy to Olive oil which I know is one of the best oils to cook with but the manager and chef went out their way to make sure my food was safe. Can’t wait to come back… I’ll get dessert next time maybe save them a little stress! I ordered the zucchini fries, old fashioned and American mule! So good!

When passing through Florida enroute to Mobile, Alabama, we happened across this great restaurant in historic Monticello. We enjoyed the Avo BLT with Applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado on Cuban bread and the jalapeno popper bacon grilled cheese. The first had a delicious side of mixed veggies and the second had great fries. Highly recommend!
